Up the Déise!

An eagle-eyed viewer has spotted a viral Irish moment popping up in the opening credits of Norwegian Netflix show, Occupied

The programme is set in the near future and centres around the chaos that ensues after Russia invades Norway to restart oil production.

So the opening sequence is your standard compilation of various apocalyptic-style drowning scenes - but one washed up lady stood out to an Irish viewer for very good reason.

To be honest, it's a very tough spot so we don't know HOW Redditor HelpMeMortyAndSummer managed it, but here's a screengrab that makes it a little easier to pick out.

Viral Moment

Yep, one of the 'flood victims' depicted in the credits is none other than the beachwalker and her dog that were hit by a surprise wave in Tramore, Co. Waterford a few years back.

Here's the original video which has over 1 million views:

We can't vouch for the show itself as none of us here have watched it, but this is still pretty cool.
