Nobody wants to be stuck in traffic on one of the best days of the year.
The gang on the M7 today took matters into their own hands after bank holiday traffic came to a standstill on the way back to the city.
A collision on the Northbound stretch meant that no one was going anywhere for a while, but instead of wallowing in the boredom (and heat), these folk made the most of their hours to kill.

One lucky group happened to have a game of Twister in the boot, while another had tea-making facilities.
Sure what more could you want?
Graham Dunn took to Twitter to share a photo of the shenanigans, writing:
'It might be a long wait. The car in front has got Twister out and another is brewing up! #M7'

Some took the opportunity to take the pooch for a walk while others took out the basketball to pass the time.
