Half the fun of the weekend lineup on RTÉ is the live studio audiences.
Many a viral moment has been born when the camera pans away from the stage on the Late Late or Ray D’Arcy show, and last night eagle-eyed viewers spotted one such moment.
In what may be one of the oldest jokes in the book (but one we’ll still laugh at), a member of the audience seated behind D’Arcy started to read the script from the auto-prompter, literally mimicking what the presenter was saying behind his back.
