Courteney Cox and her husband Johnny McDaid have been separated for the past nine months due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Friends star Courteney Cox has shared a video message of thanks to an Irish community group after reuniting with her husband Johnny McDaid of Snow Patrol. In a clip shared by Ráth Mór community facility in Derry, the pair thank the group for all their hard work during a tough 2020.
“We just want to thank all the people at Ráth Mór in Creggan for all the incredible work you have done this year,” Cox says before McDaid offers “Well done guys, thank you so much for all the work, it’s so appreciated. And I know it’s been a really tough year, but here’s to a great 2021 ahead.”
Cox has been in US while McDaid has been in the UK, having travelled there at the beginning of the pandemic. The couple have been together for seven years and usually divide their time between the two countries.
