A stunning new bakery with a twist has opened in Bundoran.
Milish is a gluten-free bakery led by cookbook author Finn Ní Fhaolain. She is best known for her cookbook Finn’s World and was diagnosed as coeliac when she was 19 years old.
Though this can be seen as a hindrance to some, Finn felt inspired to create tasty gluten-free options. She is also extremely passionate about sustainability and plant-based recipes which can also be seen in the café.
The café has a zero waste policy and is plastic free. They use unloved t-shirts as cleaning cloths, compostable bin bags, and glass jugs for water.
On the menu, expect to see banana bread, delicious porridge bowls, doughnuts, waffles, cakes and cookies.
Looks like such a darling spot, I can't wait to visit!
