If you’ve never been to Gelati ice-cream parlour in Enniscrone, you’re missing out.
The cute little shop is no stranger to awards – and they’ve only gone and knocked it out of the park yet again.
Their gin and tonic sorbet has been named the “best new flavour” at the biggest gelato show in the world, Sigep.
The awards, which took place in Italy from January 19-23 this year, celebrate achievements in ice-cream, coffee, and baking.
Strandhill ice-cream parlour Mammy Johnston’s was also honoured for its contribution to the fabulous flavour, which they plan to introduce to the market in a joint venture with Gelati.
There’s also another boozy creation, “Half Cut”, on the way.
We’re drooling already…
