Fall Right Into Place Festival at Claregalway Castle has been underway since yesterday, but there’s still time to make it your weekend destination.

For Irish music lovers, this line up is a dream come true.

If you’re looking to get the weekend started early there are tickets available for todays show, which kicks off at 3:30pm and is headlined by Belfast rock quadrant And So I Watch You From Afar, with performances from Just Mustard, Ailbhe Reddy, John Francis Gylnn, and Pretty Happy.

Friday will bring with it another immense offering of music including The Mary Wallopers, Junior Brother, Bitch Falcon, Soda Blonde and Windings, with performances also kicking off at 3:30.

If you’re holding off for the weekend, you’re in for a treat with gigs on Saturday from Villagers, Daithí, Elaine Mai, NewDad and Sinead White. The festival will go out with a bang on Sunday with one final stunning line up, featuring Saint Sister, The Scratch, Kynsy, Maria Kelly and Havvk.

Tickets cost just €35 for each day of gigs, will be sold in pods of 4-6 and all social distancing guidelines will be adhered to. It’s the perfect event for anyone looking to get back to the magic of live gigs, and enjoy samplings of the best of the Galway foodie scene while you’re at it (we spotted Dela, one of our fave food trucks parked up at the castle last night).
