The Dough Bros

Good news for Galwegians as The Dough Bros are back.

You can’t go wrong with Italian food and you absolutely can’t go wrong with a Neapolitan pizza from Dough Bros. The best pizza this side of Italy, The Dough Bros have reopened their doors to serve up tasty pies to the good people of Galway… to say I’m jealous would be an understatement.

Announcing the news on Instagram, the guys wrote:

“THE DOUGH BROS ARE BACK **PRE-ORDER AND COLLECT**

In the first of a series of announcements, we are delighted to confirm that we are back OPEN for COLLECTION this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note all orders must be pre-ordered in advance.”

**THE DOUGH BROS ARE BACK**PRE-ORDER AND COLLECT** In the first of a series of announcements we are delighted to confirm that we are back OPEN for COLLECTION this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Please note all orders must be pre-ordered in advance. See below for deets: **Phone line (0852145283) will be open from 1-8pm tomorrow (Wed) & Thursday where you can book your time slot for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. **If your requested time slot is not available we will try to accommodate you with the nearest time slot that is open. **No walk up orders please. This is to ensure that the highest level of social distancing can take place for those collecting. Below is our menu, containing some of our most popular pies. We are starting with a shorter version of our menu to ensure things run as smooth and efficiently as possible. We have more exciting announcements coming soon but this is a start. We have 8 staff back in jobs and that is something we are very happy about. We hope to build this out more and get even more staff back to work and more Dough Bros Pizzas into your homes. Please bear with us in the event of any hiccups. This is a whole new model for us and we will be learning and improving as we go! Pizzas this weekend??Absolutely! Stay Safe, Stay Sound x

Also implementing a number of added precautionary measures, the main thing for customers to note is that walk-up orders won’t be accepted – this in an effort to ensure that “the highest level of social distancing can take place for those collecting”.

They’ll be trialling a shorter version of the menu first, to make sure things go smoothly, before hopefully introducing some of their other pies. Asking customers for their patience as they adjust to running a business under the new circumstances, the duo finished their message by saying:

“We have 8 staff back in jobs and that is something we are very happy about. We hope to build this out more and get even more staff back to work and more Dough Bros Pizzas into your homes. Please bear with us in the event of any hiccups. This is a whole new model for us and we will be learning and improving as we go!”

Not in Galway? Tide yourself over with our homemade pizza recipe until a trip out west is next on the cards.
