Dunnes Stores Issues Recall On Popular Yoghurts Due To Possible Presence Of Rubber

Dunnes Stores has issued a recall of its Simply Better yoghurt range due to the ‘possible presence of rubber pieces’ inside the products. 

The Simply Better yoghurts affected are 150 g toffee with the use by date of May 12, as well as lemon & lime, raspberry & pomegranate, and senga strawberry with the use by date of May 17.

No other use-by dates are affected and customers are entitled to a full refund. A message on the Food Safety Authority website reads: 

‘As a precautionary measure, Dunnes Stores is recalling the batches listed below of its Simply Better Yogurts, due to the possible presence of rubber pieces. No other use-by dates are affected by this recall.  

‘Dunnes Stores has issued in-store notices requesting customers who have bought this product to return it to their local Dunnes Stores for a full refund.’
