Over the course of the past few years, ‘self-care’ has become a bit of a buzzword.

From working on feelings of being overwhelmed to getting enough sleep, podcasts have arrived on the scene to help teach you the need-to-know strategies to improve your wellbeing.

1. Talking in Circles

This is a fairly new podcast, where host Laura Miller navigates strikingly honest conversations about mental health. She discusses work issues and life issues with writers, creatives and general boss ladies (and a few men).
