With John Frusciante back in his rightful place on lead guitar.

The Red Hot Chili Peppers have just released the dates for their 32 city global stadium tour, and Dublin is one of the stop offs.

The tour marks the return of guitarist and all round cosmic musician John Frusciante to the group, as well as the band’s first ever stadium tour in the U.S. The Chilies will perform their career-spanning hits as well as new music from their forthcoming album.

The Chillies will play Marlay Park on Wednesday, June 29th, with tickets on sale from Friday October 15th at 10am. There’s a seriously impressive support line up too, with performances from A$AP Rocky, The Strokes, Beck, Anderson .Paak & The Free Nationals, HAIM, St. Vincent, plus Thundercat and King Princess scheduled.

For the true stans, Red Hot Chili Peppers fan presale begins on Wednesday, October 13th at 10am. RHCP fan presale will run until Thursday, October 14th at 10pm on RedHotChiliPeppers.com.

One for the elderly millennials, dad rockers and anyone else who’s jumped on the Chili train over the course of their four decade career. No doubt it’ll be a massive one.
