A Man In His 50s Has Died Following A Workplace Accident In Cork

A man in his 50s has died following a workplace accident at a caravan park in Co. Cork. 

The incident occurred at 12.20pm in the seaside village of Fountainstown, approximately 23km south of Cork city. 

A Garda investigation as well as a Health and Safety Authority investigation are both underway. 

Emergency services remain at the scene.
