BREAKING: U.S Father and Daughter Found Guilty Of Irishman’s Murder

U.S woman Molly Martens-Corbett has been found guilty of the murder of her husband Jason Corbett, a North Carolina court has found. 

Martens-Corbett and her father, Thomas Martens were convicted of the second degree murder of the Limerick father-of-two.

Judge David Lee handed down a 20 to 25 jail sentence to both defendants. According to Independent.ie, Mr. Corbett’s 13-year-old son Jack had a letter read out on his behalf to the court which read:

“She (Molly) has put this burden on this family, and it will not be done until she is put away.”

“She will always be remembered as a murderer.”

Several members of the jury as well as members of the Corbett and Martens families are said to have been in tears after the verdicts were read.
