Confirmed – This Is The Best Time Of Day To Have Sex

Though some people may say any time of the day is the perfect time for sex, it’s been decided that there actually is a best time to do the deed. 

According to a recent survey by Forza Supplements, the best time to have sex is early in the morning – very early.

They found that 7.30am is the optimum time for sex, around 45 minutes after you wake up.

The research found that having sex early in the morning as our energy levels are at their highest after a good, long snooze.

The endorphins released during sex also start your day off right and leaving you feeling good for the rest of the day, as well as lowering blood pressure and stress levels.
