Book Of Condolence Opened For Irishman Tragically Killed In US

A book of condolence is currently open for a Dublin man who was killed in the USA last week.

David O'Beirne (24) died after he was struck by a truck while he was on holidays in Austin, Texas.

The book resides in St Jude's GAA club in Templeogue whom David was a member of in Dublin.

The Book Of Condolence for David will be open for people to sign from now until Sunday

Department of Foreign Affairs is providing consular assistance and as well as this, the Kevin Bell Trust Fund are helping with repatriation.

Police in the USA are treating the death as a tragic accident.
