May was a long month, but pat yourselves on the back because you've almost got through it.

With the Bank Holiday looming its much-anticipated head, there is no better time than to book a sneaky weekend away, in one of Ireland's most luxurious hotels.

G'wan, you deserve it.

Antrim

Like something out of a travel guide, Antrim's Galgorm Resort and Spa is seriously lush, perfect for a relaxing break away.

Armagh

Try something different with a stay in this gorgeous Georgian house, Jane Austen style.

Carlow

Seven Oaks Hotel & Leisure Club has it all for a pampered break away.

Cavan

The spa in Farnham Estate will make you want to stay there forever.

Clare

Get the 5-star experience at Dromoland Castle, and be treated like the queen (or king) you are.

Cork

You can get lost here wandering around the ground in Castlemartyr Resort, and you most definitely, definitely should.

Derry

I dare you not to spend all your time in the gardens at Beech Hill Country House Hotel.

Donegal

This hotel was voted TripAdvisor's Number 1 for Ireland, and it's not hard to see why.

Down

The views here at Culloden Hotel Estate & Spa are like nothing else.

Dublin

The Merrion Hotel has a reputation for being fancy, and it deserves it tbh, as do you.

Fermanagh

You're surrounded by views of the Fermanagh lakes in Lough Erne Resort, as well as a Thai inspired spa. Noice.

Galway

The Glenlo Abbey Hotel is a seriously stunning place to get away from work. Do it.

Kerry

You're guaranteed an amazing morning view when you wake up in the Lake Hotel, Killarney.

Kildare

The K Club. Obviously. The grounds are insane, the food is incredible (and super reasonable) and Conor McGregor lives there. What more could you want?

Kilkenny

Lyrath Estate offers you everything you need for a break away; comfy beds and good food.

Laois

I can't think of a better place to go for a spa break than The Heritage in Killenard.

Leitrim

If a stay on a boat is a step too far for you, then Leitrim's Marina Hotel will give you the best of both worlds.

Limerick

Stunning panoramic views of Limerick and almost every historical landmark? Limerick Strand Hotel has them.

Longford

Take a break from city life and hide away in Viewmount House, if only for a little while.

Louth

A favourite of the locals and visitors is The Carrickdale Hotel & Spa, and it's easy to see why.

Mayo

Ever wanted to sleep in a four poster bed? Yeah, I know you do. Take a trip to Belleek Castle and fulfil that dream.

Meath

Play some golf, have a spa treatment and sure even pop over to Tayto Park during a stay at Knightsbrook Hotel.

Monaghan

Three words: outdoor hot tub. You can find it at Hillgrove Leisure & Spa. You're welcome.

Offaly

A truly fabulous all-rounder is Bridge House Hotel.

Roscommon

The Abbey Hotel is set in a stunning 18th Century Manor House. Unreal.

Sligo

A more modern twist on luxury, but luxurious nonetheless is The Glasshouse in Sligo.

Tipperary

Fancy a spot of golf as you relax? Ballykisteen Golf Hotel is for you.

Tyrone

Feel ultra glam when you stay in Glenavon House Hotel.

Waterford

Take a trip down to the Sunny South East and stay in The Haven Hotel in Dunmore East.

Westmeath

Located in the city centre, the Sheraton Hotel is the perfect break away. Also, check out the pool.

Wexford

Don't get fooled into thinking that Rathapeck Manor is just for golfers, luxury is for everyone.

Wicklow

For one night, push the 'treat yourself' idea to the next level and stay at Powerscourt Hotel. There are no words for this beauty.

Start packing, and I'll see you there.
