It's that time of year again, people.

Battle stations, everyone as Ryan Tubridy embarks on what is 100% the most trying gig on TV.

For those of you on the sesh tonight, or just plan on drinking a gallon of booze on a Friday night alone (guilty) we've come up with the perfect drinking game for you to imbibe to.

Drink responsibly, ya'll.

1. Every time Ryan curses under his breath

2. Every time Ryan says ‘eh’ or 'uh'

3. Every time a child shrieks with anxiety when they meet their hero

4. Every time Ryan looks in pain

5. Every time a child falls over

6. Every time someone's from Fermanagh

7. Every time you see an Christmas jumper with an innuendo inscribed in the audience

8. Every time a dance troupe performs

9. For the entire duration of the choir at the end

10. Every time you see a minor playing a bodhrán

11. For every collision that happens in the kids-driving-cars bit

12. Every time Ryan looks like he might pass out

13. Every time he gives something to everyone in the audience (naturally)

14. Every time a child refuses to co-operate/acts the maggot

15. Every time there's a child called Rihanna

16. Every time some young lad mentions their beloved tractor

17. Every time Ryan says something offensive unknowingly

18. Every time you see a member of Westlife

19. Every time there's a rock band made up of 14-year-olds

20. And finally, every time Tubs wears an outfit that would give you nightmares

Now. That should do the trick.
