This probably won't be new information to any fortune teller worth their salt but we thought we'd spread the word just in case.
According to strict new Broadcasting Authority of Ireland regulations, fortune tellers and psychics cannot claim that they can foresee future events in their advertising.
They may also not suggest that they are able to make contact with the deceased.
According to the Irish Independent, ads are "only acceptable where the service is evidently for entertainment purposes only".
While it's not nice to see anyone earning a few quid having to adjust what is pretty much their USP, it's still a bit of a craic so let's hope they they still get some business.
