Gardaí have arrested a bus driver who was found to be nine times over the drink driving limit last night.
The driver was arrested on the M7 at about 7pm by Naas Road Policing Unit. Gardaí posted an image on Twitter confirming the incident.
The current Irish drink driving limit for bus drivers or professional drivers is 20mg. One standard drink (a glass of beer or a small glass of wine) is considered to be enough to put someone at risk of going over the limit.
