Gardaí are investigating after an ice cream van drove through the gates of a church in Tralee, Co. Kerry, the Irish Examiner reports.
The incident occurred at St John’s Catholic Church in the town at around 9pm last night. It’s reported that the van drove through the locked gates before driving through the double entrance of the church itself.
The vehicle is said to have been traveling at speed. Gardaí arrived at the scene a short time later and are currently investigating the incident.
