Goodbye, Summer — Here’s What The Weather Looks Like This Week

seank

Well summer, we had a good run, but we all knew that this thing had an expiration date. It seems that our regular old Irish weather is set to make a comeback this week.

According to Met Éireann, while it looks like it’ll brighten up this afternoon across the country, there will also be scattered showers.

Tomorrow rain is expected across the country, with temperatures being between 14 and 17 degrees.

Tuesday will lighten up a bit, with more sunshine and temperatures perhaps reaching 20 degrees. Wednesday, however, will have longer, heavy spells of rain with the possibility of thunder.

Thursday and Friday look like they’ll be cool and windy with a mixture of sunny spells and showers.

All in all, it’s looking like a pretty unsettled week, with fluctuating temperatures, showers, and windiness in the second half.

Looks like bag of cans season is officially over.
