Fans of the Champions Cup will be delighted to hear that the competition will be moving to free-to-air TV from next season.
The Irish Independent reports that tournament organisers European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR) are close to striking a deal with TV3 in Ireland and Channel 4 in the UK to bring the competition back to terrestrial TV for the first time since 2003.
The deal would see one match from each pool stage shown live on TV3 with the potential for them to show knockout games as well.
The station currently holds the rights to the Six Nations until 2021.
