Heatwave Temperatures Are Coming Back This Weekend

Jen

So, a lot of us had a bit of rain over the weekend, and we can confidently say we’re over it.

Luckily, we won’t have to wait much longer for dry, sunny weather to return.

‘Huzzah’ we hear you say as you wait patiently to throw on your sunglasses and shorts once again.

According to Met Éireann, we just have to get to Friday guys, and we’ll see that beautiful sun return.

Today we’ll have scattered showers in many places, but overall it will remain cloudy with some sunny spells. Top temperatures of 17° to 20°.

Tomorrow will be very similar but Wednesday and Thursday will get a little warmer with highs of 23° and 24° with some scattered showers.

Friday will be generally dry with one or two showers and highs of 24°.

By the weekend, there will be highs of 27°. That’s a whole lotta sun right there.

The water conservation measures and hosepipe ban will remain in place for the foreseeable future as Irish Water hopes to alleviate any future shortages in the autumn.
