Water restrictions continue to be in place around the country as Irish Water deals with issues stemming from Storm Emma last week.
Yesterday, it was announced that restrictions would take place from 8pm until 6am for the foreseeable future as thousands of people remain with limited or no water in their homes and offices. Among the worst affected areas are Tipperary with 12,250 premises without water and Galway with 4,000.
The Irish Water website is providing updates on the situation in various parts of the country with those in Galway advised to ensure taps are turned off and Kerry users warned that supply is under pressure due to increased demand.
