Hook Lighthouse will reopen to the public on June 29, it has been announced.

The news was confirmed yesterday that Hook Lighthouse in Co Wexford will reopen to the public on June 29. A post on the popular tourist attraction's Twitter account says that 'June 29 is the day we have been waiting for! We are delighted to announce that Hook Lighthouse, the Lightkeepers Café & the outdoor dining option the Seahorse will all open 7 days. ALL visitors must pre-book a FREE grounds access pass via this link.'

The news came on the same day that Ireland's revised roadmap was announced, with the public being told last night that places such as cinemas, hairdressers, gyms and pubs that serve food will be allowed to reopen on Monday, June 29. You can read more about yesterday's announcement here.
