This comes after CEO of the HSE Paul Reid commented that the number of positive Covid-19 cases in the country is cause for great concern – describing the situation as “rampant & high risk”. Chief Medical Officer Dr Tony Holohan had much the same to say, urging people to continue adhering to public health measures and outlining five different steps that are needed in order to end Level 5 restrictions.
