It may seem like something straight out of the world of Harry Potter, but Ireland will be represented at the European Quidditch Games in Oslo this week.
The second edition of the biennial tournament is divided into three groups of five teams with the Irish grouped alongside Slovakia, The Netherlands, Poland and Sweden.Â
For anyone unfamiliar with the sport made famous by Harry and his pals, take a look at the video below.
Of course, there are no magic broomsticks involved in the real-life version. That would just be ridiculous.Â
