Irish Couples Are Reportedly Among The Most Sexually Adventurous In The World

We Irish often goaded about our conservative Catholic upbringing but the times are a-changing if this latest survey is anything to go by.

Research by dating website Victoria Milan has found that Irish couple are the most sexually adventurous in the world, spending longer in the sack than any of our neighbouring countries.

According to the study, couple spend up to 2.5 hours experimenting between the sheets – finished ahead of Sweden, Poland, Germany and Austria.

The site’s CEO also had some wise words for anyone trying to keep the spark alive, saying that the “bedroom must remain sacred in order for a relationship to remain passionate, romantic and erotic”. 

“Conversations regarding instalment of car payments, your children’s school lives or the general humdrum should never take place in the bedroom.”
