What is going on, lads? We thought we'd left all these weather warnings behind us.
Fresh from the status yellow rainfall warning earlier today, Met Éireann has now issued a status orange for what is expected to be 'severe thunderstorm activity' this evening.

Valid: Friday 3pm to Friday 10pm

The warning is valid from 3pm until 10pm on Friday and is expected to affect the following counties:
Cavan, Monaghan, Donegal, Dublin, Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Longford, Wexford, Wicklow, Westmeath, Leitrim, Roscommon, Sligo, Cork, Tipperary
Torrential downpours and lightning strikes will also take place. Here's hoping it's all over before the long weekend.
