We don’t know whether we’re coming or going, but we’re not complaining.
Ireland is set to be hotter than Ibiza once more later this week with temperatures soaring to 19C… and while temps will dip briefly mid week, the sunny conditions should be back in time for the weekend.
Met Eireann said on their website: “Tuesday will be dry and bright at first in eastern areas. However rain in the west will gradually spread eastwards through the course of the morning but becoming patchy. In the early afternoon, sunny spells will develop in western areas and extend to other areas by early evening.
“Top temperatures of 13C to 18C, best over the southeast, but feeling fresher through the afternoon, with the winds becoming moderate to fresh northwesterly.
“Dry and clear Tuesday night with lows of 3C to 6C in light to moderate northerly breezes.”
“Wednesday and Thursday will be dry days with good sunny periods. Highest temperatures of 12C to 16C, coolest on Leinster coasts with onshore easterlies. Quite cold on Wednesday night with lowest temperatures of 2C to 5C.
“Mostly dry and bright also on Friday just perhaps a little rain in the west and north. Temperatures of 13C to 18C in the afternoon. Winds light to moderate southerly or variable.’
As for the weekend, Saturday will be nice and dry with temps as high as 19C, however some rain is expected in parts on Saturday evening heading into Sunday.
Perfect excuse to run out and nab one of these sunny-weather essentials from Aldi!
