After over a decade together and an engagement, one of Ireland's most prolific couples have split up.
Natalie Dormer and her Irish fiancé, Anthony Byrne have confirmed that they are no longer together after almost 11 years of being in a relationship.
Dormer said that they had split in the summer but only decided to release the news when the dust had settled.
The pair are just after co-writing a new thriller called 'In Darkness' together (which stars Emily Ratajkowski) and an interview by Dormer suggests that there could have been some tension when they were working on that.
In an 2016 interview, she said that: “I don’t know if you’ve ever been in a writing room but I wouldn’t recommend it with your other half."
And Dubliner, Byrne also said before that:
"Because we didn't have an office or anything, we were in our own home writing, and then it would all kick off because we would disagree about something fundamentally or I would be a pain in the arse."
They met on the set of 'The Tudor' in 2007 and were engaged by 2011 but never set a date for their wedding.
Natalie then went on to play Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones.
