Lewis Burton has taken to social media to pay tribute to girlfriend Caroline Flack, who was tragically found dead in her London flat on Saturday.
Tributes have been pouring in for Caroline Flack, 40, since reports emerged of her death on Saturday evening.
On Sunday morning, Flack’s boyfriend Lewis Burton penned a touching post dedicated to the former Love Island presenter on Instagram.
“My heart is broken we had something so special,” he wrote alongside an image of Flack with her arms around him.
“I am so lost for words I am in so much pain I miss you so much I know you felt safe with me you always said I don’t think about anything else when I am with you and I was not allowed to be there this time I kept asking and asking.
“I will be your voice baby I promise I will ask all the questions you wanted and I will get all the answers nothing will bring you back but I will try make you proud everyday.
“I love you with all my heart.”
Flack and Burton, a former professional tennis player, had been seeing each other since the summer of 2019.
Flack was due back in court next month following an arrest and assault charge against her after an incident involving Burton last December but he has insisted that he has wanted to drop the case.
