The latest social media craze which has seen people dive into bushes, run out onto busy roads, leap off window ledges and generally act the eejit has come under scrutiny for safety issues.
According to Today FM, the ‘floor is lava’ game sees people shout the aforementioned phrase before their mates have to get off the ground in the most ‘hilarious’ and ridiculous way possible.
Of course, as the craze has gained popularity people have begun attempting to outdo each other in terms of stupidity and general lack of respect for other people, which charities believe is putting themselves and others in danger.
Our advice would be to keep your feet on the ground, kids.
