Seamus Coleman was playing an absolute stormer for the Republic of Ireland in the World Cup qualifications for 2018.
He got on the scoresheet in the 1-0 win against Georgia and looked like he was going to be a vital piece of the Irish puzzle if we wanted to try and get to Russia.
Disaster struck, however, on 24 March 2017 when he was injured in the home fixture against Wales.
It was confirmed that Coleman had suffered a bad break and would be out for sometime after a horrific challenge by Neil Taylor.
The Everton and Ireland defender has been out for over 10 months but returns tonight (31 Jan) for the blue Merseyside club and if this tribute is anything to go by, the club and fans are emotional but delighted to have one of their great leaders back.

At Goodison Park ahead of their game against Leicster City, Everton have placed flags all around the stadium to welcome back Coleman.
The Irish defender is named in the squad for this end of January clash.
It’s great to see you back, Seamie.
