Concerns as Fungie has been missing for five days now.
Fungie, who was first spotted in 1983, has not been seen since last Tuesday.
He has been ever-present at the mouth of Dingle Harbour but concerns have been growing as the days pass without any sighting.
On Saturday, six boats continued their search for Fungie, covering a 12km stretch of sea.
Local boatmen have said that they have never had to search longer than 6 hours to find Fungie.
There was a sighting on Thursday but fears grow after there has been nothing since.
Dingle Dolphin Tours took to Facebook last night saying there was still no luck but “hopefully we’ll see him tomorrow”.

It is very out of character for the much-loved dolphin and hopefully, he returns soon.
