Someone Has Very Cruelly Vandalised This Mayo Player’s Wikipedia Page

James Fenton

While Mayo put in a performance they could be proud of throughout the All-Ireland Final against Dublin yesterday, it seems some people are blaming one man for the defeat.

Donal Vaughan was sent off in the second half yesterday, and while Dublin were also reduced to 14 men, many reckon Mayo would have taken Sam Maguire home had they finished the game with a one man advantage.

Someone has even taken to Vaughan’s Wikipedia page to make their feelings clear. Spotted by michaelcusack84 on Reddit, the culprit refers to Vaughan as a ‘clown’ and uses the same term under ‘occupation’ and ‘nickname’. They’ve also listed his position as ‘backstabber’.

Take a look below. Cruel or just a bit of fun? The page has since returned to normal.
