Tayto Park Is Hosting A Special Event For Autism Awareness Day Next Weekend

Tayto Park will be holding an autism-friendly event in celebration of Autism Awareness Day next weekend.

The event, which is set to take place on Saturday April 14, will see €2 from each entry going towards Autism Ireland. 

Between 9am and 12pm on the day an autism-friendly environment will be created at the theme park and zoo; hand dryers and music will be turned off, and queues for rides will be kept short.

There will also be a silent room that can be used at any time for families wishing to take a break from the activities.
