The Creator Of The Big Mac Has Passed Away Aged 98

McDonald’s have confirmed that Michael ‘Jim’ Delligatti, the man credited with creating their iconic Big Mac burger has passed away aged 98. 

According to the Associated Press, a spokeswoman confirmed that Delligatti died at home surrounded by his family on Monday night.

Delligatti created the signature sandwich at his Pittsburgh McDonald’s franchise in the 1960s.

Now if you’ll excuse us, we’re off to grab one of those bad boys in his honour.
