If you've been finding it harder and harder to leave the warm, cosy cocoon of your duvet every morning to face the freezing cold outside world, you are not alone – but we're about to see some improvement on that front.
According to Met Éireann, we're going to see a bit of a reprieve from the subzero temperatures this week, with the weather staying very mild and frost free for the next few days. You can expect it to be breezy at times with the occasional shower.
They're predicting temperatures in the double digits on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with the highest being 15 degrees on Wednesday.
