The Samsung Galaxy Note 8 has been experiencing some serious problems with its battery.
Customers who have had these difficulties said the phones are not recharging after getting down to 0%, with some users saying it won’t switch back on again even after resetting.
One Samsung user documented this problem with a video and posted it to YouTube.
Tech blog BGR has reported that Samsung is aware of this problem and should be making steps to tackle it.
However, the current issues with the Note 8 are reminding people of the Galaxy S7 problems where battery packs exploded within the phone.
