The act of sneaking into someone’s Instagram DMs after failing to match with them on Tinder.
Have you had this happen to yet? Chances are you probably have, because this has unfortunately become the latest creepy trend to happen with online dating.
Ever since Tinder allowed users to link their Instagram accounts to their profiles, the anonymity of the dating app has greatly decreased.
Now you can have a stalk on potential matches Instas before swiping – seems normal, right?
Except for the fact that now people are using Instagram to try and get in touch with people who they haven’t match with…

Look, if you haven’t matched with someone on Tinder believe me, it’s for a reason.
There’s no way they haven’t come across your profile yet, so chances are (we’re sorry to say), you’re just not their cup of chai.
So please, don’t start sliding into their DMs to try and hook up. PLEASE.
