These iPhone Cases Have Been Recalled After Causing Chemical Burns

mariemadden

iPhone users have been warned to take caution if they use a glitter phone cover for their handset, with 200,000 being recalled due to health risks.

The affected cases are made of glitter suspended in liquid and it’s understood that the liquid can cause chemical burns if it leaks from the device.

The covers were primarily sold in the US, Canada and Mexico but were also available on Amazon, making it harder to trace all of the affected merchandise.

Those who may have bought one of the cases are advised to contact manufacturer MixBin Electronics for further details.
