This Bargain Aldi Whiskey Has Just Been Voted One Of The Best In The World

Whiskey lovers rejoice, because you can now get your mitts on one of the official ‘best in the world’ hooch for an absolute steal in Aldi.

Some might say it’s only Tuesday, but we say it’s almost whiskey weekend time.

Aldi’s Glen Marnoch Spreyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky costs just about £18, a pure bargain considering it has been awarded a gold medal in blind taste tests at the Spirits Business Scotch Whisky Masters, which is seriously impressive.

Now for the sad news… It’s only available in the UK, so we recommend stocking up next time you’re across the pond.

But the GOOD NEWS…

 Irish whiskey fans can however, get Aldi’s Highland Black 8 Year Old Scotch Whisky, which also won a coveted spirits prize. 

The supermarket brand won a total of five awards for its own-brand whiskey range, and made recent headlines with their award smashing Boyle’s Gin.

Forget about spending a fortune in the off license this weekend when you can get the best of the best right in Aldi. Well played, well played.
