And Ireland’s best seller?
It’s Coca Cola.
This marks the 13th year that has seen the popular fizzy drinks company tops the list and sure look, we are all fond of the odd glass of ice cold Coca Cola.

The Checkout Top 100 Brands list is based on the branded value sales across our country’s grocery sector and Nielsen measured the sales performance of over 6,500 brands with over 200 product classes. It’s a really in-depth report that shows exactly what kinda stuff we love to buy.
Coca Cola was followed closely by Cadbury Dairy Milk (2nd place), Brennans (3rd place), Avonmore (4th place), and Tayto (5th place).
Other Irish brands that performed well included Jacob’s (9th place), Dairygold (14th place), Club (16th place), Pat the Baker (21st place) and Irish Pride (22nd place).
