If your bank balance looks a little less healthy than expected today, don't panic too much.
Ulster Bank has confirmed today that some customers are facing difficulty in accessing their wages or social welfare payments and that it is working to identify the issue.
According to The Irish Independent, a spokesperson for the bank said that 'emergency cash' would be made available to anyone affected by the issue.
"Some payment files have been delayed in the system this morning and we are working to have these applied as soon as possible. We apologise for this inconvenience and emergency cash is available to Ulster Bank customers if they contact us on 1850 424 365."
Anyone experiencing issues is advised to contact the helpline and keep an eye on Ulster Bank Help for updates.
