It's time to grab your thunder buddy, and make a snowman with them?

Yup, in the latest events of mad weather warnings issued by Met Éireann for Ireland, they have put not one but two in place.

One for thunder and the other for snow.

The latest one is a status yellow Weather Advisory for the whole of Ireland which was issued at 7pm on Sunday night.

They say that: "A spell of wet and windy weather, with a risk of thundery downpours, will sweep eastwards over the country during Monday evening and night.

"Gusts between 90 and 110km/h are likely to occur in Atlantic, southern and later eastern coastal fringes for a time. Additional accumulations of snow are likely during the period also, mainly in parts of west Ulster and north Connacht.

It's in place from the 12th of February at 5pm until Tuesday 13 February at 6am.

Secondly, there is a status yellow snow-ice warning for the whole of Ireland which was issued at 12pm today.

They say that: "Further showers of hail, sleet and snow today and tonight will give additional accumulations of up to 3 cm of snow, with larger amounts on higher ground, especially in Ulster and Connacht.

It's valid from Sunday 11th February until 6am on Monday morning.

Stay safe out there, folks.
