A Rainfall Warning Has Been Issued For These Five Counties

Liz

The past couple of days have been miserable weather-wise, with yesterday being especially wet and disgusting. Unfortunately, the rain is expected to continue on and off for the rest of the week as well.

The weather is going to be particularly bad in the south east.

Met Éireann has issued a status yellow warning for five counties: Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford. There will be heavy rain and some localised flooding in areas.

Next week is supposed to be even worse with Met Éireann expecting “unsettled weather” with heavy showers, strong winds and frosty nights.

Better wrap up warm!
