Here’s Your Weather For The Week – And It Isn’t Half Bad

I am one of those people that is desperately clinging on to mild weather, unwilling to be plunged into the cold and darkness just yet.

You know, one of those people who leaves their coat unbuttoned, in stoic defiance of the blistering wind around them? Also known as an idiot.

Well maybe our protests have been answered because I reckon we could almost get away with leaving our coats unbuttoned next week – dare I say, we MIGHT even get away with just a light jacket?

According to Met Éireann, the weather next week is not half bad.

Monday and Tuesday are to be mainly dry with sunny intervals. Temperatures will range from about 12 to 15 degrees.

But this is Ireland so don’t get too excited.

As the week goes on “showers will tend to be more frequent”, with the weather being much cooler, reaching highs of just 11 or 12 degrees.
