A massive weather warning has been issued for 26 counties by Met Eireann.
The warning was issued on Saturday morning and is in place from Saturday at 7pm until Sunday morning at 9am.
The Status Yellow Wind Warning is for Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Kerry, Leinster, Cavan, Monaghan, Roscommon, Cork, Limerick, Tipperary and Waterford.

Here’s what the weekend’s weather looks like:
Saturday: Rain spreading eastwards this morning and clearing by early afternoon. Sunny spells and showers will follow from the west.
These will become frequent later, especially in the west with a risk of hail. Fresh southwest winds, later becoming strong and gusty in the west. Becoming colder with afternoon temperatuers of 7 to 10 degrees.
Tonight will be very windy with strong and very gusty northwest winds and gales along coasts. Clear spells and squally showers, turning wintry in the west and north overnight. Cold. Gale force northwest winds with some severe gusts. Lowest temperatures of 1 to 4 degrees.
Sunday – Continuing windy at first on Sunday with fresh to strong, gusty northwest winds. Winds will gradually ease through the day. Sunny spells in many areas. Scattered showers, mainly in Ulster.
Outbreaks of rain will develop in the west in the evening. A cold day with highest temperatures 4 to 8 degrees.
