One of Sligo’s finest is back open for sit-in brunch service

Baker Boys

Run by the team behind the ever-popular Shell’s Café along the seafront in Strandhill, Baker Boys is a café, deli and bakery that ticks pretty much all of the boxes.

Back open for sit-in brunch service, Baker Boys – one of Sligo’s finest foodie destinations – has changed things up a bit, with a new setup and menu to boot. Yes, it’s only Tuesday. Yes, I’m already dreaming about weekend brunch… whatever it takes to get through the week, ya feel?

Saying that customer safety is paramount, they’ve reopened their doors to the public and are welcoming customers inside once more. With their core ethos being to delight, staff are only too happy to be back doing what they love most.

According to owner Jane:

“It’s such a positive boost for us and for Sligo to be able to reopen safely. We’ve had to constantly adapt our business model over the past few months. We have such amazing and loyal customers that we can’t wait to get them back in the door.”

Known for their scrumptious brunch offerings, they also bak five different types of bread each morning so it’s worth calling in for that alone in my opinion.

Open for sit-in service Wednesday to Friday 10am to 3pm and Saturdays 9am to 3pm.
